XAL-1U-XAL-12U(-E)Adopts carbon brush with fast rotating speed and large air quantity while maintain compact appearance Easy for transportation and installation.
Wire-control controller is convenient to use with automatic cleaning function.
Equipped with motor soft start function and carbo crusher consumption prompt (except forthree-phase motor).
Wire connection point for XPV-U.
Hopper and base mount positions are adjustable.
Differential pressure switch is employed and screener blockage alarm is availale.
XAL-U Has a reed switch, while XAL-U-E adopts photosensor switch with high sensitivity and stable quality.
All models equipped with hinged hopper lid that are connected by hinge for easy mesh cleaning.
XAL-3U and above model has a out dia275 mm base, which can work with all "EURO"type hopper dryers except XHD-20U and standard hopper dryers above XHD-75.
XAL-1U has a out dia.200mm base, transitional flange must be mounted when this series work with XHD-20U/40U.

The dust collective chamber features a cyclone separator and a dust collective bin to effectively reduce the load of the filter. Separate hopper receivers are designed in European style.Separate dust collector is convenient for dust cleaning. Main unit equips with faults and motor overload indicators to show faults fast. Standardly equipped with warning lamp as the alarm device. The main unit equips with vacuum-breaking valve and vacuum valve to protect the blower. CE safety plug ensures safe and reliable operation.
